TERM 2 – Women in Fitness – HIIT Program
Join us for a supportive and welcoming 9 – week women’s fitness program, designed to improve physical fitness & boost wellbeing!
This program is suitable for all fitness levels. Exercises can be modified to suit individual needs, and participants are encouraged to work at their own pace.
START DATE THURS 23RD APRIL – 18TH JUNE
Program details:
- 9 -week structured fitness program
- Open to women of all abilities
- Supportive, inclusive and welcoming environment
- Led by a qualified instructor
Cost:
- $20 for the entire 9-week term
- One-off payment – no weekly fees
- Your ticket covers attendance at all sessions
What to bring:
- Water bottle
- Towel
- Comfortable workout clothing
