Ever wanted to be a Ninja Warrior? This Obstacle Course Come & Try event designed specifically for veterans and their families to give the growing sport of all thing’s obstacle a go. This engaging event offers participants the opportunity to challenge themselves and have fun with a variety of obstacles inspired by the popular Ninja Warrior course.
This event caters to all skill levels and encourages participants to push their limits in a fun, inclusive environment.
Fast-paced, dynamic, and packed with teamwork—Wheelchair Basketball is a must-see at any adaptive sporting event, including the Invictus Games Vancouver Whistler 2025. It’s always a crowd favourite 🏀
With five players on the court at a time, competitors showcase speed, agility, and sharp tactical skills, maneuvering their wheelchairs to outplay opponents, shoot hoops, and defend their baskets. With the same height hoops as in traditional basketball, this sport highlights incredible precision and endurance of all competitors.

In collaboration with the Toowoomba Defence Families Support Association and Legacy Australia, we hosted 104 players, including current serving and ex-serving members, family, friends, and the supportive Toowoomba community. 🏌️♂️🏌️♀️
Highlights of the day included a thrilling putting competition, longest drive challenge, and even pro tips from Brenton Fowler! 🏆 A special shoutout to Oakey Army Aviation for their generous SIM experience donation, which auctioned for $1500, thanks to Lieutenant Colonel Duncan Flindle`s support. 🙌
We’re thrilled to announce that over $10,000 was raised, which will be shared between Invictus Australia, the Toowoomba Defence Families Support Association, and Legacy to continue supporting defence communities. ❤️
